I just placed an order, when will it ship?
WOO WOO prints are printed on demand, packaged and shipped directly to you from our supplier. This reduces our carbon footprint by manufacturing through trusted printers located in your shipping continent.
Please allow for approximately 3 days of production time before your order ships out. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Average shipping times are approximately 14 days from printing.

Our prints are shipped using international tracking to most countries around the world. When possible we use trusted printers based in your continent to reduce our carbon footprint.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, kindly notify us via email at contact@woowoo.co.nz. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 48 hours. Unfortunately no refund can be given after the 48 hours of incorrect submission.
What is your return policy?
If a print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of the replacement. We do not accept print returns if you have changed your mind and do not want the print anymore. If you have questions or concerns please contact us before purchasing.
